The amenities in the room were decent, with a smart TV that included Netflix, which was a nice touch for unwinding after a long day. I appreciated the good number of power plugs and USB sockets available, making it easy to keep my devices charged without a hassle.

The absence of a lift was a significant downside. the steep, narrow stairs made hauling luggage a real mission. The mattress was worn, failing to provide adequate support, which negatively impacted my sleep. There were noise disturbances from outside, particularly from the street traffic. The shared bathroom was a trek downstairs, and even though it was technically private, the cleanliness left something to be desired, with mould present in the shower.

The hotel had a great location near Paddington, helpful staff, and the room featured a large window for plenty of natural light. Perfect for a short stay! 😊

The stairs to the room were steep and felt unsafe. My room was tiny with minimal airflow, and there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom was also quite small, and I noticed mould in the grout. the noise from the street was quite disruptive, making it hard to sleep.

There are groceries and restaurants nearby. our family enjoyed the clean deluxe quadruple room and found it to be a good value for money! the staff was also very helpful, which made our stay even better.

Didn't like anything, except cleanliness issues

The Deluxe Triple Room was pretty comfy with nice tea and coffee facilities and even some biscuits! The beds were alright, but could use better pillows. The shared bathrooms were surprisingly clean, which I appreciated. The location was ideal for exploring London – just a hop from Hyde Park and the Tube. A bonus was the muffins in the lobby every morning!

It was just an excellent fit for a short stint in London with outstanding value for money. The plumbing worked well, which was a nice surprise. Be prepared for some street noise if you're a light sleeper.
